Counselling is not a one size fits all process. For example, our experience and perception of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationships (with self and others), rejection and myriads of other issues is personal and unique to each and every one of us, therefore my approach to counselling is to tailor the therapeutic process to meet your individual needs.

My task is to encourage you to talk about the things that concern you and put meaning and understanding to them in the belief that you will become enabled and empowered change your perceptions of the issues which consume you, thus helping you to live a rich and fulfilling life.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. For the foreseeable future, I will be providing online sessions via Zoom or Phone, rather than face-to-face. Thank you for your understanding.
